Niklo Cab — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 4 November 2026

Niklo Cab (“we”, “us”) provides a ride-hailing app for passengers and drivers: book a car, rickshaw or bike with GPS pickup, fare negotiation and in-app chat. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Contact for privacy and deletion requests: support@niklocab.com. Website: https://niklocab.com.

1. Data we collect

2. How we use data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Who processes data

4. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS). Access to driver approvals, payments and admin screens is restricted. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so please do not share passwords, OTPs or card PINs in chat or by email.

5. Data retention

We keep account, ride and chat data only while your account is active and for as long as needed to run the service, resolve disputes and meet legal duties. After a deletion request is verified, we delete or anonymise your personal data as described in section 6.

6. Delete your account and data

To delete your Niklo Cab account, see the dedicated page: Delete Account. In short: email support@niklocab.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my Niklo Cab account”. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner, confirm by email, and delete your account profile, contact details, vehicle details and associated personal ride/chat data. Anonymised statistics that cannot identify you may remain. We aim to complete verified deletions within 30 days.

If you only want to stop using the app without deletion, you can uninstall it — but your account data will remain until you request deletion as above.

7. Your choices

8. Children

Niklo Cab is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and post the new version here.
